A life-long boater, Mr. Dunn co-founded Intercoastal Marina Management in 2010. Mr. Dunn founded Intercoastal to use his specialized expertise in managing marina operations to help marina owners maximize the potential of their facilities as well as provide them with a professional management team to operate marina facilities.
As a partner at Intercoastal Marina Management Ryan's responsibilities are primarily to develop and implement management plans by working closely with marina owners and key employees. Ryan's primary areas of expertise include budget development, marina financing, inventory management, insurance oversight, and employee training and operations management. Along with the team at Intercoastal, Ryan's focus is on the development of a management plan that meets the objectives of ownership and leads the facility to maximizing financial returns.
Prior to founding Intercoastal, Mr. Dunn served as Vice President of a large New Jersey based marina operator. During his tenure Mr. Dunn led the acquisition of 2 large marina facilities. The first business generates revenues over $4 million and has over $600,000 in operating income. Mr. Dunn helped lead the negotiations and secured the financing of the business which involved both a Senior Lender and Seller financing. The second acquisition was a smaller facility in Southern New Jersey. The facility is 4 acres and has 100 in-water slips and accommodates 100 winter storage boats. Mr. Dunn led the negotiations of the transaction which involved 100% seller financing.
Mr. Dunn's duties involved management of the business operations of 4 large marinas. Along with oversight of the day to day operations of the businesses, Mr. Dunn's responsibilities included managing relations with senior and junior lenders, management of $9 million dollar floorplan finance facility, oversight of government contracts, negotiations with insurance brokers, management of human resources, and financial reporting.
Prior to entering the marine business Mr. Dunn was in the finance business working for both Legg Mason in Baltimore, MD and Merrill Lynch in Red Bank, NJ. Mr. Dunn currently lives in Brick, NJ with his wife and 3 young children. He is an avid sailor and fisherman and enjoys golfing when time allows.
Mike has been actively involved in the Marine Industry for the past twelve years and has a wealth of experience in both the operations side of the business as well as the financial side. In 2010 Mike co-founded Intercoastal Marina Management to offer his expertise to both existing marina owners as well as potential marina investors.
Prior to founding Intercoastal, Mike held the position of Vice President & General Manager of Operations of a multi location marina group in central New Jersey. In this position Mike was responsible for all aspects of the business operations. Mike was charged with putting in place the right team members and managing them so that all goals and objectives were met. Mike reported directly to the owner of the group and was responsible for financial performance of the company. Service managers, sales managers and marina managers reported directly to Mike and he directly oversaw all day to day operations of the company. Prior to be promoted to the VP/GM position of the company, Mike held the positions of Branch Manager, Sales Manager and the Director of Service and Customer Retention. It was in these positions that Mike gathered the knowledge and experience needed to form the platform for a successful, profitable full service marina. Mike learned early on that constant communication and a strong commitment to exceeding customer's expectations was pivotal to the success of any marina.
Mike has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Va. He holds a USCG 100 ton Captain's License and is currently completing the Certified Marina Management Course through the AMI. When not at work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on the water. When time allows Mike also enjoys sport fishing, golfing and racing his sailboat.

Each member brings a unique set of skills and experience to help Intercoastal achieve its business objectives and provide customers the best possible service.

– Mr. Collins oversees all investments and transactions and serves as a Board Member or active member of the management teams of the Great Point Holdings' portfolio businesses. Tris brings his 25+ years of investment banking and diverse operational and senior management experience to help the Great Point Holding's portfolio companies grow and create value.
Mr. Pistolakis is the Principal owner and Broker of Record of Lakis Commercial Realty, LLC. Nick formed Lakis Commercial Realty, LLC in 2005 to provide commercial real estate services including tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales and acquisition, multi-parcel assemblage, and development of new industrial properties.
As President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ryan directly manages several areas of the bank, including strategy, operations, marketing, and business development.
